We like to think that our creative talents are backed up by our technical skills and continuing staff development. We have a floating pool of trained technicians that we call on as necessary to meet the needs of each particular job. We only employ crew who meet our own standards of excellency and our staff go on regular training courses to keep their skills fresh and updated.

• We are familiar with all widely used types of lighting desk
• C&G 236 in Electrical Engineering
• Rigging for the entertainment industry
• IPAF carded Boom and Scissor Lifts
• 7.5 tonne truck driving licences
• First Aid
• BTEC Pyrotechnics
• All technicians we employ are Health and Safety trained
• We are able to provide in-depth risk assessments for jobs should that be required
• We carry both public and employers liability insurance and can provide copies of certificates to clients if neccessary

Mulberry Grove Ltd is owned and run by:

	Paul Arvidson (Managing Director) has been creating lighting design for Theatre, Conference and Music since 1988. He is is a member of The Association of Lighting Designers and he has a BA Hons Theatre Studies from Lancaster University. He also holds a BTEC Pyrotechnics, a BTEC Fireworks and a C&G 236 in Electrical Engineering.
	Cheryl Keating (Financial Director) worked in the IT sector after she completed her MSc in Geographical Information Systems in 1995. She has worked in adult IT Training since the year 2000 and designs and implements websites and powerpoint presentations. She brings Mulberry Grove a sound knowledge of corporate ethos and a technical mindset.
